When injury does occur the medical management program should be able to provide initial treatment, rehabilitation and aid in the process of returning the worker to a job that he/she is physically capable of performing.
Return to work programs not only greatly reduce disability costs, they also ensure a safe and graduated re-integration in the workplace. Work Reconditioning
