Employees are a valuable source of information for ergonomic issues within their working environment. Everyone within the facility should have a means of reporting problems and concerns. Concurrently, all levels should have a means of measuring the programs ongoing success.

Conduct a Program Evaluation

We want to make sure all aspects of the program are working effectively and efficiently. We do this with planned and unplanned audits and to be sure that goals are being achieved. These compliance checks ensure that guidelines and procedures are being followed and enforced at all company levels.
