Independent Medical Exams
As part of the Disability and Case Management Services provided by MyErgo, an independent medical exam is conducted when there is an insurance claim. These objective assessments give a detailed report of the claimant’s diagnosis and prognosis for recovery. Reports are compiled based on Chart Reviews, Diagnostic data, Peer Reviews, Pharmacology reports and Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Examinations can include:
- Medical & Psychiatric Evaluations
- Fitness for Duty
- Second Opinion
- Family Medical Leave Assessments (FMLA)
- Disability Retirement
