Greater Essex County District School Board
Achieved a 90% decrease in lost time days
This project focused entirely on an early active return to work process. Initially a new return to work tool kit was established and implemented to standardize the process. However, the core reason for this success was the implementation of the Myergo software as a non biased job placement protocol. The software was used to immediately determine job suitability; offers of modified work were maid within minutes. These obvious efficiencies also greatly reduced administrative time per claim. These protocols continue to provide safe, suitable and sustainable work to injured and physically restricted employees at the school Board
